3.5.4 Asbestos content. The percent by weight of asbestos in the dry coating film shall be less than 0.5 percent
by weight of the dry film of coating when tested in accordance with 4.5.14.
3.5.5 Metal content. The metal content (soluble and total) of the coating shall be less than the values listed in
Tables II and III when tested in accordance with 4.5.14.1 and 4.5.14.2. If the test for total metal results in a value
less than the soluble metal limit, the soluble metal test need not be conducted. The soluble metal and total metal
values shall be reported in Table I results.
